OFFICIAL RULES OF THE 2024 INFORMED FAMILIES DRAWING

1. This drawing is conducted by Informed Families,/The Florida Family Partnership, whose principal place of business is 2490 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145.

2. Winner need not be present to claim prize and will be notified by Informed Families.

3. If less than twenty-five (25) entries are received at time of drawing, this ticketed opportunity will be terminated and all donations re-turned/credited by U.S mail to the address of record. No prize will be awarded in such event.

4. Date and time of the dinner is based on availability and must be prearranged, at least one (1) week in advance with Private Dining at Joe’s.

5. Winner is responsible for tax (9%) and gratuity (20%).

6. Participants and winners must be lawful U.S. residents over the age of twenty-one (21).

7. If the raffle ticket is purchased online, a separate email will be sent to the purchaser containing the raffle ticket number.

The Fine Print:

The total value of the dinner is approximately $2,400, which includes the Joe's Premium Menu and a maximum of 10 bottles of Joe's Private Label wine. If no additional food or beverages are purchased, the estimated cost of 9% tax is $214.11 and $475.80 for gratuity. If additional food or beverages are purchased, the winner will be charged 9% tax and 20% gratuity on the total cost of the dinner and additional purchases.

If the winner opts to have the dinner shipped, the dinner will include the Joe's Classic menu (Stone Crabs, Cole Slaw, Manhattan Chowder, Creamed Spinach, Key Lime Pie) and does not include alcoholic beverages, which cannot be shipped. The winner will be responsible for the cost of shipping and sales tax.
